What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing it.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. However, you can still return the item once it has been delivered.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email our support team at support@popinwear.com with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What are your delivery costs?
We offer free standard delivery across Canada on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we are focused on serving customers within Canada only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery status at any time.
